Spacecraft exploration of the outer planets and their extensive systems of moons discovered a variety of strange new worlds, some planet-sixed, many challenging conventional science, and some being downright bizarre. Plus, several may even be home to life, despite being well outside the Sun’s “Habitable Zone”!
This discussion surveys many of these fascinating worlds using spectacular imagery and modern scientific ideas, including:

Our aim is simple, we want people to enjoy astronomy and feel welcome to join in our activities. We meet on the first Thursday of each month (excluding May & August) at Egerton Park Indoor Bowls Club, Egerton Road, Bexhill, East Sussex TN39 3HL.
